National Youth Violence Prevention Week Starts 3/22

The week of 3/22/10 is National Youth Violence Prevention Week.

At SGMS, we have been a Community of Caring school for many years. We follow the values of Respect, Caring, Family, Trust & Responsibility. Three of these values form the basis for our school-wide discipline plan. Violence is something we try to prevent at all times. VIOLENCE occurs whenever anyone harms--or threatens to harm--a person's body, feelings, or possessions.

No one is entitled to be violent & VIOLENCE will never be tolerated at SGMS!!!
NO VIOLENCE--NO WAY!!!
